1. Keys: who is this agent? (revocable, scoped)
2. Intents: what is it allowed to do? (a menu, not free roam)
3. Inbox: what happened? (events → poll → ack)

Your app remains the source of truth. Bissap is the adapter layer that makes BYO agents safe and operable.
